Relevance to Canadian Context:

There seems to be no such intervention in Canadian healthcare system, even thouh it looks very applicable and needed.

Other Important Information:

It is recommended that the individual taking on the role of the Wellbeing Guardian should be in a position that enables external challenge where they can hold the board / senior leadership team to account for the wellbeing of all employees.
