This tool/document hasn't been evaluated, but it focuses on two frameworks that seem to be efffective in healthcare context. For instance, it has been shown that healthcare organizations demonstrate more progress than non-health organizations in implementing the Standard, motivated by the importance of building an engaged and productive workforce (Gilbert & Bilsker, 2016).
