Trauma Risk Management (TRiM)

Evidence Base:

 "This study demonstrated that personnel in those forces using TRiM reported significantly less stigma, less PTSD symptoms, and fewer barriers to help-seeking than did those in non-TRiM forces. It is suggested that interventions aimed at encouraging help-seeking in the police should focus on the perceived public stigma attached to such behavior."
