Balint groups have shown promise in addressing clinician burnout. However, their traditional format of in-person sessions limits their ability to meet the needs of clinicians practicing in locations without trained Balint leaders.

Relevance to the Canadian Context:

There are only a handful of academic Balint groups in Canada.
