This resource designed by Doctors of BC incorporates courses, webinars, and useful toolkits for learning about equity, diversity, and inclusion. Additional changes at the organizational level, such as accommodating trainees and physicians who observe religious holidays, will help attain cultural inclusivity at the workplace.
