Queer Mentorship Program

Evidence Base:

Mentors enjoyed being positive role-models for their mentees, and felt a stronger sense of community with their colleagues. We recommend that all Canadian medical schools consider the implementation of a mentorship program designed to support the personal and professional development of their LGBTQ+-identifying students.
